how do you set your upload and download KB/s to get a good upload rate?
Cause I'm a bit confused with BitComet X__x

Um, I dont use bitcomet, I use utorrent..... i would assume you would go to the "options" then "preferences". Err....then mess with the dl rates and upload rates there....i think. (It myght be inthe connections section...maybe)

Press preferences and you can select both upload and download rate, or you could left-click individual torrents and select properties, then press advanced to select upload settings for that specific torrent...
