Hmmm, bands usually have that kind of information on their home page, and you usually find their home page by putting the name into google. And even if you have no clue about japanese, it's usually not that hard to find out.
Anyway, take a look here. It's a livehouse release though, so you probably won't find it in shops to buy, Third Stage maybe if you're lucky because they have second hand stuff. So for a start grab the free mp3s from their site if you haven't already.
But I think I already gave you that advice days ago on some other thread.

Ｅrr... no it isn't. Actually, most of the navigation of that page is in english. "Discography", "Release", "1st Single" or "MP3 Download" looks pretty english to me. In either case, you could just re-read my post. I'll even highlight the important part for you:

Honestly, navigating through that site isn't really rocket science. I also recommended to look on soulseek, which definetely HAS Suicide Ali stuff, but you didn't get pass the disclaimer. Do you always give up so easily?

...and I can't even begin to fathom what deadman's got to do with anything. Deadman existed for quite a long time, released quite a lot of stuff, and the fact that their page (presumebly) was written in kanji hardly contributed to their current state of hiatus(?).

Nope... No album. No annoucement for one either. From what I've heard they also haven't done a show in a long time.

They do have several lives scheduled for the coming months though.
They're also planning a collaboration with some american band.
