If you're using XP and have the language support installed, you should be able to install a language pad as well. ^^ I'd tell you some instructions, but mine just popped up a couple days after installing language support, lol.

anyway,im still doomed on where to dld Microsoft IME Standard.

You don't have to download anything, it comes with WinXP. Just follow the instructions in that link step by step and you'll be fine.
