Thanks. It's very rare and difficult to find. I've tried Share (japanese P2P) but with no result (the clusters just aren't responding to me!). And this is the only place that you can get that DVD. Someone is seeding, but not too fast, though. I'm barely getting 10kb/s. But it's better this than nothing. I will probably rip it to TokyoTosho once I will get my hands on it.
