if you need any help ripping, I'd suggest this guide (http://www.users.on.net/~alexanderino/cdex/) to using CDex to rip to mp3s. The one exception, is on encoder settings I'd suggest '--alt-preset extreme' or '--alt-preset insane' over '--alt-preset standard' for quality.
