I've stumbled on this song while I was lurking 4chan. It's some sort of Power Metal with JPop vocals.
Some of my friends say that it's by Denkare. But there's hardly any information about them.
The song's name is "Raison D'etre." I know, it can't be anymore generic than that. It's the opening of the FPS H-Game, Gun Katana

full name is Denshiki Karen Ongaku Shuudan
that's why the youtube says it's by 'karen'
