1) Suddenly I'm not sure about the presses of Macabre. I have the one with the beads and thicker case. I've always thought that there was a 1st press (what I have) and a not 1st press (which I've never seen).
2) I don't know where any scans are. I took some pictures with my camera. It worked a lot better than I thought it would. Now that I look at it again, it seems almost more like coffee damage. http://download.yousendit.com/7BEB62636508106A
2) It's the US version.

the three disc one is out of print. every store ive seen that would carry it has it listed but it says out of print and they dont have it anymore. and i really want it and i should have gotten it when it was available.

You should check ebay from time to time. I had also missed it while it was available. But I managed to buy it off ebay just recently. And it's an original - no bootleg - and it didn't even cost me much more than the original release. So maybe keep your eyes open. ;)
And yeah, please don't ask. I'm not going to sell mine.

If no, better don't do it in case you have more than 10 cd's. It's quite shocking.....

i'm sure i've spent far in the thousands for my j-rock obssesion... my magazines are probabaly close to 1,000....i just bought some more cd's today to at btw 30~40 a piece...and i already own at least 50 cd's and 5 dvds >.< all of those concerts ...and flying to LA ...plus hotel cost and car rentals and stuff o.O oh man... whenever i think about it my wallet cries ... i need to find a cheaper obssesion

Some thousands I've crossed a while ago (in course of some rare books)... And I definitely won't count the concerts, since I was nearly at every German one in the last almost 3 years....

ive spent prolly about $700 on pierrot,
altogether maybe $1000
I have 211 j-rock cds , and 8 compilation cds , 57 magazines about 10 dvds ( mainly all B-T and that horrible DeG dvd which was a gift ).
The Kami Memorial Box Set from Malice Mizer is the most expensive J-rock item I own. It was almost 300.00 at the time I bought it new.
OUt of all my Japanese cds , I have not spend more on any groups that can compare to the money I've thrown into Arashi and Buck-tick. I own most of B-t's stuff at like 40 - 60 a pop , not including dvds. And I've recently sunk like 340.00 in arashi.
The arashi around asia dvd was 175.00 , time album was 55.00 , happiness +we can make it + Love so sweet singles were about 75.00 , and the AAA photobook which was like 47.00. I just pre-ordered Yamada Taro Montagari with Nino and bought Hakei , Chichue Sama which was like 235.00 on it's own.

i just did a approx calculation on how much i've spent on dir en grey stuff alone. just the cds and dvds and such was like $470, but including the other things like shirts and any other misc merch was like $700.

yeah all my envy stuff is american released through Temporary Residence records, you can find it through amazon and best buy and shit. along with all the ones i have, they have like two other cds released in america, so you can get quite a lot of their stuff. and all their albums are available on vinyl too, pretty cool.

The US version of Marrow is shitty yeah, i cant believe how simple Warcon made it (not like it matters, i just read in Revolver magazine that they arent on Warcon in the US anymore). I have the special edition japanese one, but i have the american one too since my friend worked at Hot Topic and got it for free after they took it off the listening station. But i really like the US version of Withering, that dvd was a wicked cool bonus, even if the booklet cut the japanese lyrics, but whateverrrr hahaha.

I thought I saw a Macabre on eBay that was beadless. The picture was pretty bad though. American Withering's DVD kind of disappointed me since I really don't like live video with studio music things, which I think was half of the DVD. I also didn't get the tan slipcover/box thing. I would like all of my CDs to have fancy packaging, but I'm out of fancy packaging space in my CD rack.
