yeah you're thinking of 5 Ugly Kingdom. they dressed so fuckin weird in that dvd. they even said it themselves when they were coming up with their wardrobe for Obscure and promoting Vulgar, they said they looked back on that and they said they didnt know what the fuck they were wearing haha.
