this seller sells almost everything japanese music.. sometimes Rock,Vk artists pop up to his list.. he sells them quite cheaply.. last time i bought kagrra's album from him >< all are originals made in japan!
just keep checking his list everyday, and eventually a VK cd will pop up hehe..
