My computer crashed and I have to search and download all my software again. I had this uberfantastic player, but I forgot the name and now I cant watch my favorite Jrock dvd's anymore  Cry

So what avi player do you recommend? I tried divx already, but I hate it.  Embarrassed

I buy an actual Region 2 player, and actual Region 2 Jrock DVDs because I'm so into Jrock I even support Jrock economy instead of our own. I'm a true J-patriot.


VLC lets you do regionless.

I hate youtube, the quality sucks and you're dependent of others

Only sometimes, when things get subbed it's worth watching, but still, the video quality is so much better when you download.

well the quality is fine - with all those white-backgrounded jrock videos you don't need it to be extra-crisp
and the good thing about jewtube - it saves your hdd space
no need to download and delete stuff right after watching it
